The women’s poker action at Olympic Park Casino and the Hilton Tallinn Park is not over yet. With the WSOP Circuit Tallinn in its final stretch, Saturday August 1 brings two more women-only events to the schedule before the series wraps up on Sunday. And for any woman who has been watching this week’s action and thinking about what comes next, the Queens of Tallinn is just four weeks away.

Norway’s Vilde Ekren set the tone for women’s poker at this festival, claiming the €350 NLH Queens Ring Event on Tuesday to become the second consecutive Norwegian champion of the title. Drea Karlsen, who won the same ring here last year and recently co-launched the Pocket Queens Podcast with Lina Olofsson, made the money in this year’s field but could not repeat. Ekren takes the ring and the Bahamas package that comes with it. It was a strong statement of intent for the Norwegian women’s poker community heading into a summer that still has plenty left to offer.

Saturday’s Women-Only Action at WSOP Circuit Tallinn

Two events are on the Saturday schedule specifically for women.

At 2 p.m., the €200 NLH Queens with €50 Bounties fires at the Hilton Tallinn Park. Of the €200 buy-in, €120 goes to the prize pool and €50 sits on every player’s head. The event also includes a ticket draw on the first break: one lucky player will win a €555 Queens of Tallinn 2026 Main Event seat, drawn at random from the field before a single hand has been played in the late levels. That is a freeroll to the Queens of Tallinn for one person who shows up and registers, regardless of how the day goes at the tables.

At 4 p.m., the Freebuy Women-Only NLH Satellite to the Queens of Tallinn 2026 runs as a freezeout guaranteeing four €555 Main Event seats. Entry is free. A €20 re-entry is available after busting. It is the most direct route to the Queens of Tallinn currently available at the live venue, and with four seats guaranteed, the odds of walking away with a ticket are genuinely good in a field of this format.

Online Qualifiers at OlyBet Poker

For anyone who cannot make it to Tallinn this weekend, qualifiers for the Queens of Tallinn €555 Main Event and side events are already running on OlyBet Poker online. Thursday satellites are live now, with daily feeder tournaments running into those qualifiers throughout the week. The online route offers the full range of entry points, from low buy-in daily feeders up to direct satellites, and every seat won online is valid at the live festival in August. Details and registration are available at OlyBet Poker.

Queens of Tallinn 2026: August 27-30

2026 Queens of Tallinn

The Queens of Tallinn 2026 returns to Olympic Park Casino and the Hilton Tallinn Park Hotel from August 27-30, just four weeks after the WSOP Circuit wraps up at the same venue. Created by OlyBet Tournament Director Teresa Nousainen, the festival has grown into Europe’s premier women-only poker event since its debut in 2023, and this year’s edition brings its biggest headline event yet.

The centerpiece is the €555 NLH Queens of Tallinn Main Event, an upgrade from last year’s €350 buy-in that reflects the festival’s growing stature. The Main Event spans three days and culminates with a TV-streamed final table on August 30, where a new Queen of Tallinn will be crowned. The full schedule includes more than 10 events across the four days, with buy-ins from free entry up to €555, plus 24-hour cash game action throughout.

Also returning is the Queens of Tallinn Team Challenge, revamped for 2026 and bigger than last year. The team format adds a layer of competition that runs across the festival’s entire schedule, with 2% of all prize pools going into the overall Team Challenge prize pool.

The €150 PLO4/5 and the €150 NLH, which is the one event open to all genders, also make the schedule, giving the festival genuine variety across formats and buy-in levels. Online satellite finals run every Tuesday and Saturday on OlyBet Poker, with daily Queens Centrolls serving as the entry point for players working their way in from smaller stakes.

Saturday’s events at the WSOP Circuit are a natural warm-up. The ring is already claimed. The queens table is already set. August 27 is not far away.
